Rocktime launches B2B E-commerce website for Duffells supplying locks and security to the trade

Rocktime has launched a B2B E-commerce website for trade supplier Duffells.
The site provides the business's entire product range integrated with its back office system Merlin which acts as the master database.
The site features live stock level checking and customer specific discount pricing.
Pricing is shown once logged in and based on customer banding.
Orders taken from the site are automatically sent to Merlin for processing and fulfilment with the reverse offering the customer order history for orders placed online and over the phone.
