UK Brokerage define audience with ‘Social Media Toolkit Report’

Our client, UK Brokerage, an ‘Ethical Investments’ specialist, wanted to understand more about ‘Social Networking’. Rocktime’s ‘Flashlight’ team was able to develop a six month strategy, which focused on encouraging word of mouth on the investment products, eco stance and driving traffic to the website.
We produced a comprehensive client-specific ‘Social Media Tool Kit Report’, which, as always, started with ‘Listening and Learning’.
On gaining an understanding of UK Brokerage’s online audience, the Flashlight team created several ‘social network profiles’ and contributed to a ‘live twitter stream’, at the ‘Climate Change Summit’.
Having provided advice on how to use social media to meet business goals, we guided UK Brokerage through the in-house roll-out of a wider social media strategy; they achieved a confident and appropriate tone of voice.
UK Brokerage fully utilised the Corporate Blog, with content creation by our PR Partner, Coda Communications; Twitter, SlideShare, IFALife, OneClimate, Flickr accounts, Google Alerts, Wiki and an educational Sales Pack for the team. The social media activity has not only increased their monthly impact, followers and mentions but also created opportunities for UK Brokerage to be seen as an authority, within their professional sphere.
