Rocktime is a highly recommended digital agency by RAR

Over the past 10 years we have not been proactive at singing our own praises, or putting ourselves forward for awards in the digital industry. The main reasons for this is because what matters most to us, is not being in an industry table, it is about keeping our current clients happy and delivering the top class service they expect.  
Having this working ethos, has really worked in our favour, as our current clients continue to recommend us to others, they have increased their spend year on year with Rocktime and keep our number when they move onto new positions.
 
Last year we recruited Fiona Anderson to give focus to Rocktime Communications (News, Case Studies, Testimonials), she has a firm belief that the best praise you can get is from your client base, rather than from industry award mentions.  She has worked with the Recommended Agency Register (RAR) in previous jobs, and highlighted to the team that they only list agencies that come highly recommended by their clients.

Our Director (Alex McCreath) recently contacted our clients and invited them to rate us across client service, effectiveness, professionalism, strategic thinking, value for money and creativity and whether they would recommend us to their contact groups.     Following feedback from our clients to RAR, we are pleased to be awarded Recommended Status.

One of the reasons Rocktime considered joining RAR is because RAR has a database of over 12,000 registered clients. These clients could be actively searching for a new marketing agency that can deliver the level of work relevant to the needs of their business (There are over 3,500 searches are made on the RAR website each month).
There is also the Recommend Agency Register’s Consultancy service, where RAR work with the client to produce a shortlist of the best agencies that closely match the clients marketing requirements. This in itself shows that there is definitely the potential to increase you business leads by achieving a RAR listing.
Any way in which we can demonstrate how the skills at Rocktime can benefit a client brief is worth investigation.

Simple has won numerous FMCG awards for their skincare products over the years and in turn, Simple set up two awards for “Simple Teen Ambassador” and "Simple Star”.
