Rocktime, in partnership with Brand Experts Idealogy, have recently redeveloped
the Simple online presence with a website that has merged three previously disparate
sites into one website focused on a range of Web 2.0 rich functionality.

Rocktime have provided a comprehensive website redevelopment for Simple the UK’s
fastest growing facial skincare brand. The new website allows comprehensive control
for the administrators comprising the Rocktime CMS and Ecommerce platforms.
There are many innovative Web 2.0 features including the ‘Skin Health Check’ which
intelligently leads the user through a series of skin type, health and lifestyle
questions and on completion creates a tailored report unique to each user. The administrators
can manage what report is created for each user (in terms of content) based on how
the multiple questions are answered via the Rocktime CMS ‘Logic’.
This personal engagement is continued throughout the website including ‘Simple solutions
live’ a section devoted to an expert panel providing advice on skin healthcare comprising
podcasts, videos and live question and answer sessions. Similarly the ‘Simple Blog’
which allows users to interact with each other regarding skin, health and lifestyle
issues.
Results
Rocktime are working closely with Simple to further enhance the user engagement
aspects of the website and to help Simple maximise their online opportunities.
