SMS Text and Website Integration
IMO Car Wash Group are the world's largest dedicated car wash company operating over 300 attended service conveyor car wash sites across the UK. Rocktime first developed a UK web presence for the group in 2003.
IMO have recognised the 'power' of the website in terms of generating new customers and for enhancing customer loyalty. This extends not only to individual car drivers but importantly business fleet clients.
Rocktime have now added the ability for IMO to interact with their customers (and prospects) via SMS text functionality, comprising online website registration.
A 'text promotion' section has been added to the website where users can subscribe to receive special SMS text offers from IMO direct to their mobile phone.
IMO administrators are able to access their secure online control panel to simply type out any SMS text message for distribution to subscribers. These communications can be further customised in that they can be despatched to specific 'categories' of subscribers, for example by geographic locations or for birthdays.
Subscribers can easily update their details online and unsubscribe at the click of a mouse should they wish.

A leading skincare, toiletries and soap company have retained Rocktime, in partnership with Brand Experts Idealogy, to redevelop not only their primary online presence but two of their additional websites that help the company connect with consumers worldwide.
The website development projects will incorporate both the Rocktime ecommerce and content management systems. In addition there will be a range of innovative Web 2.0 features to help users to contribute and engage online.
