OM Property Management, part of the Peverel Group, are leading providers of property related services across the UK. The
company required a web based extranet (restricted access website) allowing them
to manage and disseminate a broad range of information to specific audiences.
'YourPropertyOnline', previously known as Avenue, was awarded the RICS (Royal
Institute of Chartered Surveyors) Property Management Award 2007 for the most innovative
use of technology. Rocktime have collaborated closely with OM Property Management since 2005
providing ongoing development and support.

The solution was provided by Rocktime in the form of a secure CMS driven website
with email and SMS functionality. Customers are able to view account information and
make outstanding payments online. Up to date payment information is provided to
users via integration with a ‘third party’ accounts system.
The extranet is managed by OM Property Management administrators utilising Rocktime's Content
Management System Logic. The extranet offers access to personalised property information
for both leasehold and freehold property owners/ tenants and Resident Management Company Directors (RMC’s).
Rocktime has been retained by OM Property Management to continue to develop on the system and during
2008 the ‘YourPropertyOnline’ site was upgraded to .NET 2.0 platform representing
a clear decision by the business to continue to place the Internet at the forefront
of its communication with its customers.
An additional phase called 'Active' will include the expansion of the system to
manage more of the back office processes that run the business such as an Intranet
section controlling the management of jobs carried out by specified contractors
for all managed developments. OM Property Management customers have the ability to monitor the
work carried out within their developments and feedback to the client as and when
