Rocktime 2022 In a Nutshell

It has been another busy year for our team at Rocktime. Over the last year, we have worked on various projects we are proud of which helped us to further strengthen our position in the public sector.

To highlight some of the projects:

In 2022, our award-winning, purpose-built out-the-box verso™ licensing platform was chosen to transform Walsall Council’s HMO licensing and Coventry Council’s Taxi licensing automation.

We have developed a new cloud-based platform and a multi-lingual website for Trading Standards Wales representing the 20 Local Authority Standard services across Wales.

We were excited to launch a new booking system for Edinburgh City Council to support the Health and Social Care department of service users’ booking appointments with available volunteers.

Overall, we have been very proud again this year that our verso™ platform has enabled more councils to deliver value for money and drive efficiencies by enabling their teams to reduce the time and cost of service delivery through process improvement and automation.

We expanded our ever-growing team with 2 new software developers, Luke and David.

Season festivities have already begun for Rocktime as we enjoyed a Christmas dinner and fun altogether last week– our first big Xmas gathering since the pandemic!

The office will be taking a well-deserved break and will be closing for Christmas from end of 23rd December 2022 until 3nd January 2023. You can still get in touch if you need support between these dates.
