Rocktime is awarded new contract for Rent Smart Wales

Rocktime's continued relationship with the Welsh Assembly and, Cardiff Council who administer and enforce compliance, has spanned over 10 years. Delivering a series of Discovery and Evaluation Workshops a development plan has been agreed which will see substantial improvements to all user groups interacting with the Rent Smart Wales website.

Engaging with all stakeholders enabled Rocktime and Cardiff Council to identify improvements that will provide benefits to RSW administrators through streamlining processes and improving efficiencies. Updates to the website's various interfaces (from marketing website through to user dashboards) will offer greater user experiences overcoming challenges faced with the current platform.

Both Rocktime and Cardiff Council are developing a program of future developments to benefit all participants in the scheme over the length of the contract.
